Terms & Conditions
These are the plain terms that apply when you use the IELTS TIME website, buy a digital product, or book the IELTS Strategy Consultation. IELTS TIME is run directly by Iman, an independent full-time IELTS teacher — not a large company — so these terms are written to match that reality rather than reused from a generic template.
What this site offers
IELTS TIME sells digital educational resources — PDFs, guides, and similar downloadable materials — through the Shop, and separately offers the IELTS Strategy Consultation, a paid one-on-one session. Ongoing coaching or course programs may be added in the future; if and when that happens, it will be covered by its own clear terms at that time.
Purchases and payment
Paid products are checked out and paid for through PayPal. The price shown at checkout is the price charged, in the currency displayed. IELTS TIME never sees or stores your card or PayPal login details directly — that happens entirely within PayPal.
Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically — after payment is confirmed, you get a secure download link by email and on the confirmation page. There is no physical shipment. Download links are time-limited and capped at a reasonable number of uses to keep them secure; if a link expires or stops working before you've been able to download your file, email imanvahdatidovom@gmail.com and a fresh one will be sent — no need to buy it again.
Refunds
Refunds for digital products and the consultation are handled under the Refund Policy, reviewed case by case rather than issued automatically.
Using the materials
Digital products are for your own personal study use. Please don't resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files or their content — that directly affects the ability to keep making this material for students at a fair price.
No guaranteed outcome
IELTS TIME's resources and consultations are built to support your IELTS preparation based on genuine teaching experience. They are study aids and personalised guidance, not a guarantee of any particular band score or exam result — your outcome also depends on your own preparation, practice, and performance on test day.
Coaching and consultations
The IELTS Strategy Consultation is booked separately through its own scheduling flow and is a distinct service from the Shop's digital products. Any future coaching or course offering will work the same way — booked and paid for on its own, under its own terms.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as IELTS TIME grows — for example, once coaching or course programs are added. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase or booking is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws, and any dispute arising from them will be handled in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
