Refund Policy
Digital products bought through the Shop (PDFs, guides, and other downloadable resources) are delivered electronically — usually instantly — right after payment through PayPal succeeds.
Digital products
Because these are instant digital downloads rather than physical goods, refunds are not issued automatically once a file has been delivered or downloaded. That said, every request is genuinely reviewed — case by case, by me personally — rather than dismissed outright. If something is wrong on my end (the wrong file, a broken download link, a duplicate charge, or the product not matching what was described), email imanvahdatidovom@gmail.com and it'll be sorted out fairly.
IELTS Strategy Consultation
The consultation is a live, one-on-one session rather than a file, so it's handled separately and personally. Reschedule or refund requests are reviewed case by case — email imanvahdatidovom@gmail.com as soon as you can if something has come up.
No specific refund window or guarantee is promised beyond what's stated above. This policy may be updated as the Shop grows; the version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies.
